Shipments and Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
USPS Shipping times are aproximate and not guaranteed. Priority is usually 2-3 days but can take up to 5 days depending on location. No refunds are issued to any shipping issues. Apocalypse Juice is NOT responsible for the post office losing your mail. Please contact them and file a claim.
Any damages that occur shipping must be reported to Apocalypse Juice within 24 hours of receiving. Customer must keep all broken, glass, bubble wrap, boxes until otherwise instructed. Pictures must be taken of damaged materials as well the container it was shipped in.
Shipping estimates are estimates once it leaves our door to your door. This does not include the time we take to mix your order. Everything is made on a per order basis to ensure the highest of quality.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
Customs, Duties, VAT
Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at Apocalypse Juice and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged or how to pay them.
*No returns or refunds if order is shipped international and seized by customs or border.
Missing, Damaged & Delayed Shipments
We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. USPS does not provide tracking information for Priority or First Class parcels to international destinations. Damaged shipment must be reporting to the carrier you choose for shipment. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment. Priority mail insures anywhere from $50- $100 depending on the shipment. You will need to file a claim with the shipper to recover costs due to damaged products.
